I love my ceiling fan, but I am upset with this company. I installed a new fan/light set in November 2023 and October 2024 I'm already having issued and having to replace the receiver/remote. A light went out and it messed up the whole set, I can't turn the lights off with the remote anymore, but I can still turn the fan off by remote. I've contacted the seller through Amazon and they can't do anything. I contacted support throught Parrot Uncles website twice and they told me to send an email to a specific person twice and so I did, TWICE, and I haven't heard back from this person and have received ZERO help. I like the look of Parrot Uncles fans, but the headache isn't worth it.

"Item Not Really New."
They sent me an item that had been used/owned by someone else. There were clear signs that the pieces in the box had already been opened and handled. The remote came without a battery so we couldn't even test it once we got the fan light assembled. No doubt the prior owner had removed the battery from the remote and forgot to replace it when they returned the fan light.
This company seems to have a very strict return policy so how they could repackage someone's return and call it 'new' is certainly a contradiction.
