As in independent consultant to startup medical-device companies, I've found the quality system templates from Bizmanualz to be the best deal going. Not only are they highly affordable, they are the easiest to use to get a company going. Is it instant ignition out of the box? No, but with a little customization that tailors them to the company's style of work and existing practices (if those are sound), then a company can be up and running. If a client doesn't have templates already I always recommend these and often use them as memory aids when I'm writing procedures for clients.

The format is great, but the Handbook and Manual are outdated. I received the same outdated manual I bought 3 years ago. Labor laws change. HR policies evolve. I feel I wasted a lot of money. I should have checked for new editions, etc.
