What an horrible thing to do letting someone travel to Turkey and you don't show up , 3 hours this person was waiting and you never turned up .

I’m going to be quite blunt I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole!!
Here’s why… my husband was all booked to have work done, he was told someone would pick him up at the airport and take him to his hotel. He waited for three hours and no one turned up. He was ringing the company for over a week before with no response. He never thought that no one would be there.
You should be ashamed of yourself building people’s dreams up and then letting them down!! The anxiety he suffered was horrendous being left all on his own with nowhere to go. Luckily fate happened and he’s now got an amazing smile by another company.
