Me: Why have I been charged 14 Euros this month?
Pluuz: you get our products at special rates by becoming member. Membership is automatically created for you. It's in our terms and conditions.
OK: Please cancel. and please do not extend my membership again.
Pluuz: We confirm there will be no more charges. We have great rates and we have cheap delivery in 4-5 for 2 euros. You can buy till 12th of July using our special rates. You did not cancel in time, therefore you were charged.
Me: OK. Fine. I should have read the small print and translated in English. My mistake.

I placed an order. Terms and conditions, delivery in 4-6 working days at member prices.

Me: Its been 7-8 working days and I have not received my products. What is happening?
Pluuz: Sorry, we are waiting for warehouse delivery and have problems because of Covid 19, your products will be deliveed on 30th of June.
Me: Last time It was also during Covid crisis. But delivery was made more or less in time. It's 30th of June, where are the products?
Pluuz: Sorry, it will be confirmed on 3rd of July, and then you can track your delivery. We are having problems .
Me: Surely, instead of4-6 days, you are taking 2-3 weeks for delivery. Certainly this is not acceptable, and must be compensated with. I was charged 14euros, for missing cancellation date. Surely, you must do the same. And I propose you refund last months membership fee.
Pluuz: No, you can cancel the order if you like. But no compensation and no refund.
Me: So, I am charged 14 euros for rates and 4-6 delivery time, I place the order that you don't delivery in 2-3 weeks. You suggest I can cancel the order, but I will not get a refund for the monthly membership.
Great Service.
What kind of thought process goes in hiring customer service representatives like these? There were empty words of hollow apology, but not a shred of sincerity in them. Despicable and contemptuous behaviour.
I finally got the order delivered on 8th of July that I placed on the 18th of June.

PS: I was contacted by someone through trust pilot. They enquired about the order and then no contact to date. Complete silence. Looks like they are satisfied with the tag of "Customer Service = Moronic/Idiotic/Unreasonable/". And proven once again by actions.
