"You gonna buy only fatty rubbish …"

I had two orders from them,the first did looked ok I was going for mixed boxes first was with veggies the second without and it was really only fat I have little puppy and she was refusing eating it and my old dog had bad digestive problems..now it’s sitting in my freezer taking space and I am going to bin it as you can’t feed this rubbish to your dogs.Just waste of the money.This is actually why I prefer chunks of meat so I can actually see what I am feeding to my dogs.It’s absolutely disgusting they think it’s ok give that to dogs.. total rubbish.Don’t buy from them,I definitely wouldn’t again.😡😡😡Just waste of the money..

"NEVER RECEIVED ORDER"

I recently placed an order, the fourth that I had placed, and I never received any response and I never received any of the bracelets that I ordered. I was a very good customer, and I am very upset that they have chosen not to respond and not send me my items, despite multiple requests. Buyer beware!!!

My 2 German Shepherds love the beef complete, beef 80 10 10 & the beef & tripe course cut minces. Always clean bowls....
Where other manufacturers products are often sloppy or stink once defrosted these always smell fresh, you can see the quality.
I purchase these from my local raw food supplier GO FOR RAW in Aspley, Huddersfield. The 2 Polish ladies Aleks & Katia are both very knowledgeable in canine & feline nutrition.

Bought Salmon oil after speaking with Gary, who was really supportive with his advice! Teddy wasn’t really interested or excited by food but the Salmon Oil made all the difference, clean bowl every time!!! He loved the snacks I bought too!

"The very 1st time I placed an order…"

The very 1st time I placed an order with Finer by Nature days passed and I had received anything so I telephoned them and got a half hearted apology from the lady just kind of brushing It off that she will do the order today for me, last few times the order & deliver was quite good In timescale but this time I am boiling mad, 7 days after placing my order they decide to contact me to tell me that they have ran out !! I was not happy at all, Yes I get that they get busy etc but they seem to have a pattern of complaints In this way on a regular basis from customers, I have been offered an alternative flavour and they have assured me of a next day delivery, I hope that they are true to their word as my Dog has ran out of her food now !!

The products look to be of good quality and my pup seems to enjoy them. The service they provide however is a lot to be desired. Ordered the products on the 1st of August, it took till the 14th of August for the produ to to arrive, even after paying for a 48hour delivery through the site. Company didn't contact me or attempt to explain why it had not been delivered. Emails sent to them enquiring where the products were, with no response from the company.
For me, given that natural dog treats are such a big market, with a large variety to choose from, service and prompt delivery are some of the key things I look for in a company. Won't use them again for my dogs treats.

All products are of the highest quality.
They always offer exceptional advice and 5 star service.
I have owned 9 dogs over my lifetime and I also have a technical background in Pet Food processing, so I know whats good for my dogs.
I will continue to purchase from Finer By Nature, including products for my new arrival (another Labrador) from October of this year.
