Buyer Beware!
I bought a Brio Sport top of the range massage chair from Restmore but it was anything but restful! It kept breaking down and at first the company did try to rectify the faults. By the time of the fourth breakdown I quite reasonably asked them to take the chair away, to be put right and refurbed in their own workshop. I asked for a partial refund. To my dismay they blanked me!!! Ms Diane Hughes, the CEO of Restmore, instructed her staff not to reply to any of my emails. I had been polite and reasonable and didn’t deserve such callous treatment which I found very stressful over several months. The chair was big and heavy and so I was in no position to move it or dispose of it, so it just sat there, inert, taking up a lot of space. I wrote to the parent company in America but they didn’t bother with any reply either. Don’t buy from Brio Sport in the USA buy Japanese or German technology instead. Definitely don’t buy anything from Ms Diane Hughes. When a third party mediator became involved she claimed that Restmore had gone into liquidation to avoid taking any financial responsibility. Such a person should not be a CEO.

What a fantastic company to deal with and super happy with my purchase of the M8 massage chair. I’ve been looking for ages and finally found the right one. If you’re looking for a massage chair look no further as this is the Rolls Royce of chairs. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could

"A chair that ticks every box, and great service too"

I met Diane and her team at the Ideal Home Exhibition. Buying a massage chair has long been on my bucket list, but every one I had sat in had something that stopped me from buying it, not this one, it ticked every box and I had a lot of boxes to tick.

The delivery date was agreed, they arrived on time and explained exactly what was going to happen. It took a short while to set up and then full training of the simple and very intuitive controls was given.

Over two years later now and I can honestly say this chair is loved by everyone who sits in it, especially me. It wakes me up in the morning and puts me to sleep at night and is just perfect after a run.

I have bought some luxury items in my time, but my massage chair sits right at the very top.

I keep in contact with Diane from time to time, I have the occasional question and nothing is too much trouble for her.

The only reason I gave this 5 stars is because I can't give it 6.

If you are thinking of investing too, I would say go for it and go for Restmore, you won't regret it.

Chair arrived on time. The crew was need and tidy and the training provided was good. It was a personnal service befitting a chair of this quality.

I find the chair an excellant aid to relax the muscles after a long work out or just to chill after a day in the office. Having a wide range of programs and features allow me to tailor the massage to my need

"I bought Pure Motion memory therapy…"

I bought Pure Motion memory therapy adjustable bed and I love it! I have not owned an adjustable bed before but what a difference it makes to getting comfortable with my bad back. Wish I had invested in one years ago. Thank you Restmore for your help and guidance in choosing my fabulous bed.
