This service is fantastic. Our bags were collected from our Airbnb, tagged and dropped to the airport all at the precise time we requested. This allowed us a relaxed day of exploring Lisbon before our flight home.

Perfect service. Helpdesk was super responsive and always managed to resolve my queries. Booked an accomodation at Barcelona which didn’t allow us to store our luggage anytime prior to check in (which was strictly at 3pm), hence booked Luggit for the pick up and delivery service. Keeper was friendly and pick up point was easy to locate. Would definitely recommend, especially if you’re traveling with bulky items and arrived at an early timing. We managed to explore so many places without the worry of storing or bringing our bulky luggage around!

Getting the order online was easy. The support desk was very prompt and helpful in responding. Franco was communicative, on time, helpful and very pleasant. He also provided an update that he was going to be slightly late... He was great.

Really good service. Called to let me know they had arrive to collect and one time. App allowed me to tracked my bags. We were able to enjoy the rest of out trip between hotel/apartment check out to our flight without having to carry bags around with us.
They were a little late dropping off but only my a few minutes.
Good communication. Messages to let us know the details if the keeper so we knew who we were handing our bags to and collecting from.
I would definitely use this service again.
