It cost me £17 in delivery costs to return an item that looked different to the website. I could have bought it elsewhere but I wanted to support the artist directly. I paid all postage costs when it wasn't my fault. The reply I got was 'no-one else has complained' which of course makes me wrong. Very nice products but bad customer service.
