"Dreadful customer service"
Subscribed in May on a monthly basis. Product arrived promptly and seemed great.
June product arrived with a note from Royal Mail saying it was underpaid by the sender and I had to pay an additional £1.55 to have it released - emailed Simply Moss and customer service very defensive and said I should take it up with the Royal Mail.
July product didn't arrive - received what looked like an automated email saying it was refunded. No explanation given. Emailed customer service multiple times with no acknowledgment or response.
Website now says subscription cancelled without any discussion or explanation.
Not sure if they're having financial difficulties or a scam company but customer service clearly dreadfully unreliable; wouldn't ever use them again.

Would highly recommend Simply Moss, they deliver fast with great packaging for the jars. And capsule can go through your letter box and ypu can subscribe so you dona have to reorder when you run out.

"Poor quality products"
I ordered 2 jars of seamoss, and a few days later only one arrived. In due course, the second jar was eventually delivered.
The first jar had green mould in it and the second jar had about 1/3 missing as there was a very large air bubble down one side. I contacted the company providing them with photographic evidence requesting either a refund, or a fresh deliver of goods. As yet I have not received a response.

Product is of high quality and has made a difference in my digestive health, after six months use I will give a further review. So far so good 5 star service would definitely recommend product.

Zero customer service. Never received the item I paid for. When I contacted them multiple times I was told in broken English in emails that didn’t make grammatical sense that it was nothing to do with them and to contact Royal Mail.

Contacted twice and haven’t heard back. Received it and within three days it was growing mould.

The jar wasnt sealed, there was no pop/click when opening it so i do not trust the contents of it! The seller doesnt seem to understand my concern 🤷♀️
