Feature wise all monitoring tools are offering the same. What matters really is how you visualize and show monitoring results for the network operation center.Tool is amazingly fast and provide a well-visualized network topology. Our customers are content with netcrunch deployment and preferring this tool over network monitoring tool providers. More importantly, one license and one server deployment to cover all features. What else do you need .. Keep it up adrem team.

Great network monitoring with a modern interface and tons of features added in regular updates. The automatic corrective actions are a solid differentiator from other products. Instead of just getting notified about something (which can be done with SMS, email, etc and even integrate with tons of messengers and help desks), you can have NetCrunch react automatically. Run scripts, restart services and reboot machines on event, so you can automate away common issues

I'm very impressed with NetCrunch v.9. The feature we use most extensively is SNMP, which allows us to check up literally on almost any device on our network, whether it's a switch, router, or NAS.
Maps are a good time saver, whenever we want to identify something within our network that is responsible for downtime or poor network performance. Without this feature we would be running around in loops, trying to find what went down along hundreds of alerts.
WMI tools is definitely worth a mention since it allows us to lookup desktop or server info, almost real-time. This amazingly cuts down on trouble--shooting. User calls, complains about something crashing>lookup his stats>see that he's low on memory>problem fixed without getting up from my chair.
I would definitely recommend NetCrunch for admins who manage large offices or offices in mroe than 1 location.

"A finished product with a lot of features"
The sales and support team held my hand all the way through the installation process letting me set up NetCrunch the way I needed. Thanks to its auto-discovery feature and a ton of monitoring packs it was ready to run right from the get go. Now the data NetCrunch is collecting for us is crucial for it gives us an overview of what's going on in the entire infrastructure. The integration with Trello is very helpful too as we use it every day. Only thing that we're missing is a distributed monitoring but that's promised to come very soon. When it does, it's 5 stars all the way!
