You always wonder about reviews and whether they are genuine, especially when dealing with a smaller company.
I have had such a time trying to find the Olaplex 1&2 travel kit, to ensure a good dye job for my mum.
Beautythings.co.uk sold the kit, the genuine article. The bar code checks out and all the bottles are sealed, in the same way that other Olaplex products I have bought in the past.
I paid for next day delivery, and the following morning Jess gave me a call to say that Royal Mail may run late, due to increased demand. I think that’s great customer service to call and give me the option of changing my postal choice.
The following day it arrived, well packaged and on time.
It’s an expensive product and it’s a leap of faith buying from a store you’ve never heard of or bought anything from. All doubts have been quashed as my transaction has been 5 star.
I can certainly recommend them and I shall be a returning customer.

I wanted to buy 2 bottles of decléor sun oil and Beautythings were the cheapest and had free delivery, which in itself it a bonus these days. I was slightly sceptical about the price and the free delivery but after checking previous reviews, I thought I would give it a try. I received a confirmation email about my order and another email when it was dispatched. I received my products 4 days after I placed the order, and that was over the easter bank holiday... I would highly recommend this company.

Found WOW Supernatural Spray on Beautythings website. My hairdresser had recommended it and sourced it here. Product itself is a MIRACLE! My coarse/tend to frizz hair is shinier and smoother looking. Top marks for Beautythings too. Kept me advised of progress on order. Arrived promptly, well packaged and cheaper than M&S!
