"amazing treatment "

The first time ive been to the establishment and certainly will not be my last ...i was taken care of by Oxsana...she is incredibly knowledgeable and explained step by step very clearly my treatment and the benefits ..along with answering my questions..all my skin concerns were taken care of..
...when i left i was feeling completey rejuvenated..ive already made plans to revist and cant wait ....

"Money hungry company"

I took a disabled friend of mine to this establishment for PRP treatment as they had what appeared to be a good offer on their website.....do not be fooled!
We were left waiting in the front of the shop until well after the appointment time so the manager could finish stocking and dusting her Piz Buin bottles! All while the other 2 staff members sat and gossiped infront of us about other people. This stockperson it turns out is the person who we had the appointment with. When she deemed it appropriate, we were called in for a consultation where she explained the process and payment scheme, which were different to what was advertised online. Long story short, we asked about the installment payments and was given the information. When we enquired about this again during the first visit (which was paid in full, including a deposit!) we were told that this information is wrong and there would need to be more deposits paid!! How could a manager give wrong information, unless of course it was done in order to create more sales and not in fact, to help the customer.
Upon trying to contact the managing director for this poor treatment of a disabled person, and find out what exactly was going on, I was completely ignored. This company is a complete disgrace and treats their "customers" like cash-cows.
Even the treatment itself was not very confidence inspiring. The staff there have extremely bad attitudes and absolutely no customer service skills.
Clearly just after money!!

"A deeply disturbing experience as a male customer of PRP treatment"

I visited House of Aesthetics on 27th April 2024 for PRP treatment.

I have to say, never in my 30 years of my life have I EVER felt so VIOLATED as a customer of a business that performs cosmetic and beauty treatments, as an international customer. I was denied the ability due to to pay for a package of 8 PRP treatments costing over £700 in stages on a treatment-by-treatment basis and to still avail of this package this price. Instead they wanted £150 per treatment.

When I reached out to express my concerns to the company about the restrictions with my health, I was provided with an "economies of scale" fob off response.

Firstly, can I thank them for the sympathetic view you have publicly shared with those of us who are ignorant of the full magnitude of your economies of scale business. "Economies of scale" refer to the cost of advantages that a business obtains due to expansion.

Based on my experience, I regretfully feel that you will struggle to expand your business based on how I've been treated.

If on the contrary, you are turning over millions of pounds, which is available on companies house, then it would make customers like myself feel even more unwelcome, used and ostracised, based on our wish to stage the payments taking into account our health conditions.

The fact that I have had to do this publicly was a huge decision to make as noone wants to lay forth their vulnerabilities for all to see. I feel embarrassed, humiliated and ashamed by how your business has made me feel.

However, now that this is done I feel more comfortable approaching local media.

So everybody can be aware, you did also offer me the ability to utilise the first £150 I paid for one session towards the package of 8 sessions, so I am absolutely perplexed as to why this can be executed, but you would not allow me to pay off the remaining sessions in stages, per session and still receive all of the money for the package price.

This offer has already eroded your economies of scale argument and proves that there are actions that can be taken with vulnerable customers to ensure that things are "fair". I am also perplexed as to why Begona, a listed partner in the business ignored my email. This made me feel worthless.

If, as you say, you apply the same rules to myself as a customer with severe health conditions and disabilities, and it puts me at a disadvantage - this from my understanding is discrimination. If it's your "policy" that puts me at an unfair disadvantage, I have found online that it's indirect discrimination. So I fully agree with you that it's unfair to myself as a client, as it disproportionately favours people without health conditions such as mine.

I really feel like the finger has been pointed in my face through your commentary - "you wanted to go ahead and purchase one session at a time", this is an unfair characterisation of the situation. Businesses have a legal obligation to make products and services accessible for people with health conditions.

Aside from the legalities of it, I want everyone to know reading this that this is not a case of being angry, this is a genuine case of having to overcome massive hurdles with my health to start my treatment. I feel let down, extremely upset and I've experienced depressive episodes. It's heartbreaking to think that a business that has to deal with humans on a daily basis would put up such a wall, when I wanted to part with over £700 for the betterment of my aesthetics but to then be told that we are not going to accommodate you.

House of Aesthetics in my view is just that, a "house" and not a "home" where I could feel treated with dignity and respect. I have lived in several countries and not once has anyone ever been so heavy-handed when I wanted to monitor progress of a cosmetics treatment.

By their very nature people need to be able to monitor side affects and blatantly see if they even respond to PRP treatment before signing their life away to finance agreements etc. The fact that your business expects me to lose money for wanting to do that is counterintuitive.

What a deeply distressing experience, one that I hope I will never have to go through again, even though I had hope you would help me, you decided in my view, that I wasn't good enough. Keep the £150 I've already paid. That will show the public that I wasn't trying to be unreasonable. Now you have got your economies of scale payment, I hope the profit that you have made for this far exceeds the £700 that I was prepared to part with and the thousands of pounds that could have followed for top-up treatments subsequent to this.

"Effective treatment"

The clinic is very clean and professional. The staff are welcoming. I had laser treatment for rosacea. The procedure is very uncomfortable, but it is effective. Deniz was very patient and thorough. My Rosacea has been bothering me for years and one treatment has seen a big improvement. I'm looking forward to seeing how my skin looks after the swelling from the second session goes down!

"Powerful laser machine"

I had a skin consultation today by Deniz. She was very friendly and clearly new her profession very well. She recommended the morpheus8 treatment and I have booked in next week to have my first one.
