I love their customer service because when one of the t-shirts I had ordered was out of stock they quickly emailed me and asked if I wanted another replacement. Their t shirts are so soft and I will order from them again very soon!

Item arrived promptly however I had mistakenly purchased the slim fit rather than boyfriend fit. Fabric was stretchy and tight fitting, which differs from the photo of the boyfriend fit on the website. Ordered size M which is tight on me as a UK size 10.

Paradiso have since contacted me to provide support regarding amending this issue. Customer service was prompt and polite.
