"0844 number for dial in."

Beware, uses 0844 number for dial in. Some people are not aware that this means you, not whoever arranged the conference call, will be charged by your telecom supplier.

Replying to the reply from ConferenceCall.co.uk, “Each participant is charged a small fee per minute (5p, ex VAT) through their regular phone bill."
So a 60 minute call will cost £3.60 inc VAT. Yet I was billed £8.05 inc VAT, more than double the advertised rate.
Looking at my telecom suppliers website they clearly state that they charge higher rates for 0844 numbers and indeed the charges they specify come to £8.05.
Someone, somewhere is being misleading.

I also find it a strange coincidence that, immediately after ConferenceCall.co.uk reply with their disappointment of my one star review, a five star review from Victor appears!

However I would point out that the "unreasonable and rude conduct" part of the Trust Pilot one star rating is not applicable, only the "unacceptable experience" part.
