He has been incredibly patient with me throughout the entire learning process, always offering encouragement even when I felt unsure. "Rafi- Creating Learners to Drivers in Less than 3 weeks"

Where do I begin! 4 weeks ago I was nervous…. I had a test in 3 weeks time that I had booked out on a whim in January, and I had been too busy with life to think about it until Rafi Noori from MDT called me and I felt reassured and happy. After speaking with many different driving instructors, I finally found one who cared about my needs and was listening to me. I still can’t quite believe it, but in less than 3 weeks, I passed my driving test with flying colours!

Rafi went every single step of the way with me from start to finish with the upmost of professionalism. Within the first 30 minutes of our first lesson, I knew I had made the right choice. He was friendly, he was attentive, he was caring. He was thinking about me passing my test rather than the money I was bringing him in.

Lessons were made enjoyable, I looked forward to them every time we had them.

He never got angry with mistakes, and he was more than anything patient as an instructor and that made A HUGE difference to me passing my test because he made me feel so so comfortable.

Furthermore, his knowledge of the area was great which meant every single issue I had was able to be spent being rectified- for example, if I had issues on hill starts, Rafi knew the best place to find a hill to practice on.

Similarly, lessons were very practical. As a practical person, I like doing things on the job and learning as I go along and Rafi made this possible. He also answered all of my questions with real life examples.

Overall, these 3 weeks will always be one I will fondly remember, it was a pleasure to be taught by Rafi and I will greatly miss our drives.

"Couldn’t ask for more"

My driving instructor Sadrullah Noori was amazing. I didn’t have much time before my test, about two weeks. He answered every message quickly, opened his diary and told me all of the forward dates he had.

He was a excellent teacher, giving me great tips and tricks. He listened to my questions and gave the reasons for the technique and corrections he was giving me. The lessons were very personal, lasted the whole two hours and covered the entire syllabus.

His car was always clean, and he was on time for every lesson.

He was very patient with me and was always in good spirits. He’s a lovely guy.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone that needs lessons.
My test was early, 07:03, this meant we had to meet up at 5 o’clock on test day. He didn’t make any issues about this, and was happy to help.

I had such a great experience with him, learned a lot and we had some great conversations.

Thanks MDT and Sadrullah in particular, this experience was perfect!
