"False advertising, untrustworthy"

Called 7 times over several days, impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone (plz try if you don't believe me), and barely responsive to email. Advertised an item they did not carry/have which I had to inquire/pursue since they just never updated the order or shipped anything (and actually removed the item from their site after I ordered it)...an easily proven fact...but ok, maybe it was an honest mistake... so after I had to request cancelation for an order/item they would knowingly never ship (go figure that out), they did not refund my money after lying and saying they did...credit card company had to intervene (gotta love Amex)...another easily proven fact. These clowns may infact be a legit business but I will never find out...fool me once.
