eFinno bietet wirklich guten Kundensupport, aber manchmal dauert es etwas, bis ich eine Antwort bekomme. Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden.

J’aime bien la plateforme développée par EFinno. Elle est lisible, facile et agréable à utiliser. C’est le cas d’ailleurs des autres interactions que j’ai pu avoir avec ce courtier depuis mon inscription jusqu’à mes premiers retraits.

Before registering with the broker, I read some reviews online and, I have to say, that the reviews that said this broker were a bit more than average were right. I mean, I do see a lot of advantages of using the broker, but there are major things to improve on.
The trading conditions and the trading platform as well are beautiful and reliable. Trades are executed rapidly, and the spreads are tight most of the time. So, I can actually trade here.

von Anfang an war es nicht möglich, sowohl auf dem PC als auch in der App ein eigenes Passwort zu vergeben. Ich kann nur über PIN per SMS einloggen. In den ersten Gesprächen wird immer wieder gedrängt, mehr Geld einzuzahlen um die Verluste auszugleichen. Und dann bekomme ich keine PIN mehr zugesendet. Geld ist wohl verloren.

Je trouve avec ce courtier une bonne balance entre des conditions de trading avantageuses, une bonne plateforme et un choix assez large d’actifs. J’aurais aimé avoir accès plus longtemps au contenu de formation qui est très intéressant.
