"Payment was taken from my account but nothing arrived and they could not find my order."

I bought 2 items from the main cannaray site.
The money was taken from my card but nothing arrived.
I contacted cannaray and they said they could not find my order but would look into it.
I sent documentation to show I had paid.
It was not until I asked my credit card company to step in and I I mailed cannaray to tell them that I had done this.
It was then sorted immediately and confirmation was sent ( although I now have another 5 days to wait until the refund reaches my account ) hopefully it does
I am not at all impressed!
