Work was begun promptly for the major task of stripping out our old boiler of some 20 years and installing a new one. The work was done tidily with dust sheets laid beforehand. The engineers were friendly and diligent, working tirelessly and methodically despite the heat (working on a hot day in the loft to replace the flue). On commissioning the boiler, we were given useful information about it, future cover and the Benchmark certificate logbook. The complex task was completed before 6.00pm. The next day we were promptly provided with the manufacturer's Guarantee and Building Compliance certificates. Attention to the detail of future radiator valve requirements was given and useful information provided.
Perhaps we could have been given a bit more warning that the mains water would need to be cut off (for up to 4 hours) but all in all, we are very impressed with the team and we are very pleased with our new boiler.
