"WORST REMOVAL COMPANY!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!"

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This is, without question, the most unprofessional, unreliable, and outright terrible company I have ever dealt with. I booked a slot with them a week in advance, clearly emphasizing the importance of moving on that specific date as we had to vacate the property that day. I confirmed the booking with them multiple times, even up until the day before the move. Their pricing was vague and unclear at first, and it took several back-and-forth discussions for them to finally give me a proper quote.

Despite all the confirmations and assurances—even being told the afternoon before the move that they would arrive on time the next morning—they canceled on me late that same night. When I asked why they waited until the last minute, leaving me no time to find an alternative, the only excuse I got was, “We have a big problem, we can’t come,” with no further clarification. To make matters worse, the person then rudely hung up on me and refused to answer any of my calls after that.

Their behavior was disgraceful. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and completely lack any regard for their customers. They do not care about the stress or inconvenience they cause, nor do they take responsibility for their appalling service.

NEVER use this company unless you want to be left stranded at the last minute, treated rudely, and subjected to one of the worst customer experiences imaginable. Avoid at all costs!

Used Central UK Removals on Friday for a home move. I booked for 2pm but I had to change the time at last minute and Malik was super understanding and accommodating. The move was quick and really slick, taking just a few hours. Malik and his colleague were professional, friendly and got the job done perfectly. Would highly recommend!

Really professional movers at very reasonable rates. Malik arrived exactly on time, handled the move really smoothly and was very helpful, courteous and professional throughout. When arranging the move, he was prompt in responding to queries and was flexible in terms of what I needed for the move.

"Poor customer service"

I contacted these guys to help move furniture from one room to another, so it's a small job. I was advised that they were fully booked for 2 weeks but would see what they could do. I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing back. I chased them today to ask if they could still do my job and to let me know if it was too small a job for them. They messaged me 'when for", no hi, no sorry I did not get back to you. I asked them for their availability for the next 2 months and the message back was "we r busy". Why ask me when I want it done then? You were booked up for 2 weeks, I waited 2 weeks and now you are booked for 2 months. If the job was too small that's all you needed to say. That's not what I consider to be good customer service.

Excellent service. I got intouch with them through a recommendation. The administrators called to check all the details of the job. The guys who did the actual removal were amazing! They were punctual, polite - even cheerful and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to please. At the end of the job the administrators called to see that I was happy with the work they did. I would definitely recommend and intend to use them in the future!
