1st class from being collected from the airport, to the speedy and professional preparation work and temporary teeth fitted in just a day then just a short visit later in the week and a new full set of crowns, I was provided with a translator throughout called Gizem, She was very professional, and very helpful with the whole procedure thank you all for giving me my smile back 5 stars

I just can't thank them enough for the New Smile, from getting picked up at the Airport with VIP transport, and being dropped off to and from the Hotel and Clinic. I had 2 implants put in March of this year with 3 teeth out and 4 root canals. Fast forward 6 months later 23 new teeth and I can't be anymore happier to all the staff sorry I never got all the names but all were superior. My new smile was carried this week by a lovely lady and a professional at this work Dt Gozde Ozkoylu I cant thank you enough with your assistant sorry never got her name. I was very privileged to have such wonderful service from a truly professional and dedicated team. I have always had crooked teeth and have always smiled with my eyes rather than my mouth. But now I am the proud owner of a beautiful wide smile.
My visit was in two sections. The first being to have four extractions and six root canals followed by several weeks of healing. I then returned to have my crowns fitted following discussion about the style and colour.
But this was all made possible by the logistical genius of Erhan. He patiently answered my questions for several months even when I was getting very small details clear in my mind. And once I arrived I was so well looked after with taxi journeys to and from the airport as well as the clinic and hotel which had already been booked in advance for me.
My heartfelt thanks to all of the team for giving me even at 62 years of age. A brand new confidence that I have never had.

After wanting dental treatment for many years and not being able to get registered in the UK after living abroad, I saw an Exclusive dental advertisement that they were visiting Birmingham in the UK, so in May last year, I went for a consultation and met Zoe, at the Consultation I was told I could not have implants where my missing teeth were as there was no bone and I would have to have Crowns and dentures, was not the best news as I wanted fixed teeth, However, I was totally happy with the price, and I booked my treatment for the 2nd of Jan as I had to wait for my annual leave to be renewed.

When I arrived, I was allocated Erhan Bey as my coordinator, Who has been a top man, arranging appointments, translating, and checking in on WhatsApp to see if we are OK.

On day one, I had X-rays that confirmed as long as I was willing to travel for a 2nd visit, I could actually have implants if I had a bone graft.

So, after two visits, I ended up having a Bone Graft, 4 implants, and 18 Zirconium Crowns, all fixed teeth.

The results are amazing. I went for the lightest natural white, and many have said how natural they look, and the initial reaction is not fake.

I was absolutely petrified of the dentist for years; when I was young, they tied me to a chair and put me to sleep to allow the dentist to complete their work. Exclusive Dental put me at ease, and by the 2nd visit, I was actually looking forward to the trip; I can honestly say the anxiety I suffered for years was worse than the treatment.

I was unsure what to expect but every step of the way was first class.
The staff, dentists, drivers all really helpful polite and accommodating.
All the equipment is the latest and super hygienic.
Would recommend to anyone.

Ethan was my link day and night. An unbelievably helpful kind efficient person. Even reimbursed me some money as a filling originally priced was not required.

Myself and my son met exclusive dental at a face to face consultation in the uk where all our questions and any fears were discussed. I had previously spoke with other companies but felt that exclusive gave me much more confidence in them. I have a very extreme dental phobia and was so scared but my co ordinater put me at ease at all times.
We flew out in November where we were picked up from the airport, taken to our hotel and treatment started the next day,
My son had 5 extraction including wisdom teeth and extra fang teeth, 6 fillings , 8 root canals and 24 crowns.
My treatment was a longer process and I would need to return for a second visit, on the 1st visit I had extractions, sinus lift and bone graft and 7 implants placed. Then I was given temporary teeth to wear for a minimum of 4 months while the implants healed. I returned for my second visit where I had my final treatments, and my new teeth fitted.
My coordinators John and ecu were amazing as I must have been a difficult patient to deal with due to my phobia of dentists.
Myself and my son both have amazing smiles now and a new found confidence.
I would highly recommend exclusive dental, they are a very professional company and all the surgeons and dentists are specialists in fields .
