"Highly Recommended"
Courteous and friendly staff offered me a fair trade-in price for my old car. Very pleased with the new vehicle which was sold at a good price and is running well - highly recommended.

"Absolutely shocking experience"
Absolutely shocking experience, bought volkswagen cc from them advertised and as in good condition and just serviced, on the way back home start hearing noises from the back of the car, rung them and they said that it is from standing too long, few days past and noise got even worse, took it to local volskwagen dealership and been told that rear discs in such a bad condition that it is dangerous to drive the vehicle. Rung vibe motors and send them report in email where it clearly says that rear breaks need imediate repairs, they told me to drive it back to them for their inspection, as i live 100miles away i refused as i been clearly told that car is not safe to drive, but they could not care less, i offered to take the car to any local service of their choise, but they refused as well. After i asked if i would take the car to them and it would be taken for repair, if i would get a courtesy car and they said no, so i would be left with no way to come back home or to come back to collect the car. Would stay away from this dealership as far as possible and would not trust any service they done or condition of the car they sell. Cares more about profit then customers or safety of their cars that they selling.

"Avoid at all cost"
Avoid at all cost. Sorry this is a long review but please read to the end.. Bought a car from vibe motors on 27th december all was going great it got delivered to me on the 29th december as it needed a brand new battery as it kept cutting out. Breaks were also very squeeky. The salesman said it was cutting out and squeeking due to the fact it had not been driven for a few months so that was fine i was willing to let that one slide. The day it was delivered i took the car out for a drive as i was excited to receive my brand new car and everything was going great until about one hour later when everything seemed to be going wrong one after the other. When we viewed it there was no issues what so ever. On the 29th december an alert came up to say there was a rear boot light malfunction. Took the car straight to halfords and paid for a new bulb that wasn't a problem. Later that day breaks hadnt seemed to improve i booked it for a free break check to be told my tyres were put on back to front so had to pay to get them put the right way. That evening took the car out again to see if the breaks had improved and when i pulled up on my driveway i could not get out the car, i was locked in, had to ring my partner to try and get me out but he couldn't so i had to climb over to the passenger seat. After inspection we noticed the drivers door handle was loose and practically hanging off so everytime i was trying to unlock it, it automatically kept locking preventing me from getting out. on the 30th (had not even had the car for 24 hours) The DAB radio stopped working completely and the USB charger port and an alert came up on the screen saying "transmission failure, drive mode unavailable" and over the speakers it was saying DO NOT DRIVE THIS CAR IT MAY CAUSE A FIRE IF YOU DO! I had my kids in the car they was petrified. As i pulled over to ring vibe motors i stood at the back of my car which is when i noticed the rear reflector light had fallen out which is when i noticed the car had clearly been involved in some sort of crash before hand. This was not visible at the time of viewing!!! LUCKILY it was only day 2 because my old car which i part exchanged with them was still in the garage so asked for my car back immediately. Never will i ever recommend this company to anyone.

"Bad place avoid it"
This place is very unprofessional and rude, they will waste you time and try and sell you a car with faults

"0-1/10"
Rang them first, then drove 130 miles, one way, to them to a very frosty reception. Crammed premises, cars parked at around 1 foot between each on sides and 3 inches front and back! v poorly kept/cleaned car, inside and out was at least double the age for mileage described. Shaby re-painting. Sadly, very cavalier attitude of the manager/owner. Rather non-professional. 'Who cares'. Walked out v disappointed, huge waste of time and fuel.
