"Great Service"
The delivery drivers are always super kind and respectful when they deliver to me. I suffer with anxiety and unbeknown to them, they have helped me with this a lot. Also when I used to deal with them for work, they were always super helpful.

"At about 5:30 pm or so on Tuesday July threatening my life. …"
At about 5:30 pm or so on Tuesday July 30. I was trying to get a fountain drink when I noticed they didn’t have any large cups. I been going there for many years a knew I could probably get someone in the back to get me some so I walked back there and asked the manager’s daughter serina I believe her name is if they had any. She got some and walked out towards the fountain drink dispenser and dropped them then said to me I needed to get my it together and put the cups where they go and walked away I said thanks and then this younger man who’s I found out likes serina walks up to me and says if I ever go back there again he will shoot me in the face. I was astounded that he actually threatened my life for nothing. At this point the man who threatened me left then returned getting a can soda when i went to me car he threw it at my car and threatening me again. I came in a few days later and spoke to Mike the manager and told him about it. And that he needs to keep that man out of the store or I’ll not be coming back. I found out he did nothing. I spend at least $400.00 a month there and I’m 64 years old. I’m not returning until this person who threatened me is permanently kicked out of that store.

"They don't provide you with bags, then fine you for using your own!"
Coming from the perspective of a business owner, I strongly advise against using Team C. Stick to UPS, DHL, Parcelforce or even Evri - these are couriers that may not have someone immediately on the end of the phone, but will save you pain in the long run.
Imagine that you ask any courier on at least 5 separate occasions for some of their mail packs so you can ship your goods using THEIR service. Then imagine you don't receive them. You also ask the driver for mail bags when they collect from you on multiple occasions, but they never have any. They say they will bring some tomorrow, but never do. Eventually you decide that you have no option but to use your own standard brown envelopes. So thats what you do. You have a business to run and have to ship them somehow right?
Now fast forward a little way down the line and you have some invoices from Team C which seem a little high. Check closer and see that they have fined you £5 for every single time you have used your own envelope!!
Something about that screams immoral does it not? I mean, it would be the right thing to do, to tell your customer whats happening in this situation. But no. Not Team C. They're making extra money off the fines so its acceptable to just let it play out rather than do the right thing. They allowed us to continue doing it and never once mentioned it until we asked what the charges were.
Then when you raise it with them they point out the following condition:
"CONSIGNMENTS INCORRECTLY DECLARED ONLINE WILL INCUR A £5 RE-SORTATION FINE".
Transparent that isn't it? I mean even if you had the time to go through the small print and read that, what the hell does it even mean? It does not mention anything about packaging and any normal courier would be referencing parcel size /weight with such a statement and not the damn bags that you put them in. Not good old Team C though - these money-grabbing thieves collectively lack even an ounce of moral fibre and would rather utilise a murky condition to take extra money off their business customers - before eventually, as in this case, losing them.
I don't want to paint an account which is purely one-way as thats not what this review is and it would not be fair. I want to ensure it is balanced with the facts. The above are facts. Another fact is that yes we delayed paying our invoices due to these extra-charges which we did not understand at the time. And I will hold my hands up and say we should have dealt with it earlier rather than let it fester as long as we did. THAT was OUR fault. But that still does not excuse the lack of transparency and disgusting charges imposed on us for something, that lets not forget, was their own damn fault for never supplying us with the mail bags in the first place!! They could have fixed it. They didn't. And now here we are.
No company is perfect, but we are extremely disappointed that we recommended this company to so many other businesses and feel let down. We are now contacting those company's before they end up in a similar position.
My advice. Pay a little more and use a proper courier or else you will get hit with all manner of extra charges. I have also decided to refrain from getting personal regarding the attitude of the person we were dealing with. But that is certainly another factor that has prompted this review.

"Trusted a really import delivery of…"
Trusted a really import delivery of goods for a project that was being installed over the weekend with Team C. Paid for next day service so goods would arrive onsite for the Friday morning. No attempt was made to delivery the goods on the Friday by the courier. This resulted in that we could not complete our works over the weekend and have incurred additional cost on our project. Goods eventually arrived on the Monday. Teams C response was we do not guarantee to deliver on time. Think carefully when entrusting your companies important deliveries

"Genuine customer service; why can't other delivery companies offer this?"
Real, decent people who do the job, communicate with you and actually care about the customer. Three hearty cheers for Kevin and his team. No company which cares about customer service will ever opt to replace people like Kevin with AI. I just hope that the example of Team C Express Logistics will inspire other delivery companies to do the decent thing, resist the pressure to auomate everything and instead recruit high calibre staff.
warmest regards,
Karen in Cambridge

"Excellent result and very helpful driver"
Just had Team C round earlier with quite an awkward pallet delivery, which unfortunately needed unloading by hand. Some of the items were heavy and bulky and as such were difficult to handle, but luckily for me their driver, Dave, mucked in and in no time at all we had it unloaded. It's really brilliant when people are willing to put in the extra effort and I appreciated it greatly. Thanks!!!

Spoke to a gentleman called scott who managed to sort out my redelivery for my package after an error with the original re delivery. Sorted it very quickly.

"I always dread knowing that this firm will be making my delivery"
I always dread an email from a company where they use this delivery service. For the second time (although it might have been the third), they have left a card, but without having made any apparent effort to knock or ring. My wife and I were both in and we heard nothing. Their modus operandi is so behind other firms who are able to provide very precise delivery windows, track the progress of the driver, etc. All APC can do is say they will deliver some time between 8am and 4pm, when I have had to rebook a re-delivery via their website. Not helpful.....

POOR POOR POOR!!!
Card through letter box no idea who delivery is from
Following instructions on card I logged in on line and request a certain day that I am able to take receipt of parcel but received card through letter box everyday since. Still no parcel!!
Just leave the parcel in my safe place and take a photo like all the other delivery companies do.
I’m cross that had I known that when I placed this order you would be delivering it I would shop elsewhere.
Avoid this company who make delivery a complete hassle
