I have been trying to exchange my glasses because I can’t see out of them but heard no word back

I don’t currently have vision insurance, so I needed to buy a cheap pair of glasses for back ups to my contacts. I found these just searching online and I really loved the inexpensive frame options! My glasses Rx is very strong (-8.0) so I was worried the lenses would be extremely thick. There were several options recommended to make the lenses thinner. I chose the “thinnest” option and hoped for the best.
I just received them (about a week later) and they are perfect!! I am so happy with the frames, size and lenses. I paid significantly less for these than I would have paid at a local eyeglass place. I will definitely be ordering more!

Too large always got medium, these were huge. Hassle to return so will just learn on this one. Will not order from them again have 5 pair now that are terrible.
