"No real apology for the delay, very little communication from them."
I placed my order on-line way back in August and was told my Voyage blind would take up to 8 weeks for delivery, I chased the delivery at the end of September and was told there was a delay with their supplier. My blind eventually arrived on the 20th of October after nearly 10 weeks. Apart from a voice message there has been very little communication and nothing in the form of an apology or any compensatory refund of the delivery costs. it's a shame because I want to order more Voyage blinds.

Very poor experience, this review 1st communication I have had. Ordered blinds online, no acknowledgment of order. 3 phone calls from me asking when they would be delivered. Finally received after 3rd call. Blinds arrived with no invoice, just a box with the blinds in. They were delivered 6 weeks after they were ordered.
If there is a problem with their suppliers a simple email with explanation is the least they could do.
