"Incredible Europe trip"

recently returned from an incredible 8-day trip to Europe, and it was truly a dream come true. Every moment was filled with beautiful sights, rich culture, delicious food, and unforgettable memories.
The support by AFC team specially by our customer consultant Mr.Bibin and our trip co-ordinator Mr. Nadeem needs a special mention.
The itinerary was well-organized, allowing just the right balance of sightseeing and free time. The local guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and the accommodations were comfortable and centrally located. I especially enjoyed trying different local cuisines and experiencing the diverse cultures of each country.

Despite the fast pace, everything went smoothly. The transportation between cities was efficient, and we got to see so much in such a short time. If I could change anything, I’d probably stay a bit longer in each city—but that just gives me a reason to go back!

We were quite disappointed with several aspects of the trip planning and execution. Firstly, Kutaisi offered very little in terms of attractions, and the travel time between Kutaisi and Tbilisi—both upon arrival and departure—was unnecessarily long and exhausting. This resulted in a total waste of two valuable days, seemingly only to accommodate cheaper flight options, which significantly compromised the quality of the experience.

The journey to Gudauri was also lengthy, yet we only spent around 45 minutes at the destination, which made the trip feel rushed and poorly planned. Furthermore, the much-anticipated off-road trip to the church was cancelled, citing weather conditions, without any alternate arrangements or compensation.

Apart from the Tbilisi town tour on Day 2, every other day involved heavy travel, returning to the hotel as late as 9 PM, leaving no opportunity for leisure or to explore local nightlife. There were no arrangements or suggestions provided for experiencing Tbilisi’s evening activities.

Additionally, there was no guidance or information given about the places we visited, and not a single recommendation for dining options was offered throughout the trip. Families were not provided interconnected rooms despite prior expectations, which caused inconvenience. Hotel check-ins were also poorly managed, with long queues due to multiple group arrivals and only a single lift available at the hotel—particularly unpleasant after long and exhausting travel, especially when arriving late at midnight.

The breakfast menu was repetitive, with no variation across days, which added to the monotony. Overall, the lack of thoughtful planning and poor coordination significantly affected the enjoyment and comfort of our trip.

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! That's the only word to describe my incredible experience in Kenya, expertly curated by AFC. A huge thank you to Bibin for convincing me that Kenya was the perfect destination for a solo traveler and for patiently addressing all my pre-travel queries.

Mr. Alex also deserves special mention for his meticulous briefings and timely check-ins before my trip.

From day one to day five, every aspect of the tour exceeded my expectations. The carefully selected accommodations were truly exceptional, offering sumptuous cuisine with a wide range of options. Our knowledgeable and skilled driver-guide, Mr. Raphael, brought the entire experience together, ensuring that every moment was unforgettable.

"Group or Crowd"

We took the swiss German Paris tour from 25MAR to 01 APR2025. The itinerary is well planned and perfectly executed by our tour Manager Nadeem, who took very good care of us. Special shout to him and wish him all the best for future.
However I was disappointed with the size of the group. While booking we were told the group size would be 25-30 but the group turned out to be 53, which is more like a crowd; and we got to know this only upon turning up there. Imagine fitting all these people in a bus and accommodating their bags which are all fully packed due to the warm clothes everyone has to carry. It was logistically challenging for all the luggage to fit in comfortably in the bus and for families to find seats. Not to mention the avoidable stress of assembling such a huge group at various locations which leads to waste of valuable time.

The experience could have been even better for both the tour manager and the tourists if AFC stuck to the group size they promised or at least if AFC was honest about the group size.
