Jason installed a combi boiler in our home. We found him very knowledgeable and reliable. Once we’d booked him in he came exactly when he said he’d be here (which doesn’t often seem to be the case these days) and got the job done very thoroughly and efficiently.
He came back after installation to check and double check everything was working ok and make sure there were no leaks. He also explained how the system worked in plain English.
He left everything very tidy too and prices were competitive.
I’d definitely recommend Ilex.

It was carried out with no fuss .It was well organised , to schedule and the premises were left clean and tidy.
Jason was methodical in his work and very helpful with his advice.

The old boiler was disposed off for me.

Jason always provides an excellent level of service. He is methodical with preparation for a more challenging /complicated job such as installing a new heating system in a very old house such as ours and having to work around the vagaries of the existing piping system, several tanks in the loft and a large tank in the airing cupboard. He has successfully installed a high powered combi boiler and several radiators and we are very pleased with the final outcome after several days hard work.

"Top Class Work Again"

I Have used this company before and was extremely pleased with the installation of a new boiler at our previous home so decided to use them again on a much bigger project at our new home.
This was to decommission and remove the complete heating system (everything) and install a complete new system (boiler,radiators and pipework) as well as new external pipework from the oil tank to the boiler.
I cannot praise Jason's work enough he did a superb job over the 3 days that it took and I highly recommend him and his company.

Jason installed a new Greenstar boiler and replaced 90% of the old radiators.This was by no means an easy job in an old cottage.He carried out the job in an efficient and friendly manner with the minimum of mess and disruption.I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody requiring this type of installation.
