"3 years in and counting"

We are into our 3rd year of using E.D.S now and they've been great throughout. Technical, or customer service they are always happy to help and treat us as a customer would like to be treated.

Phoned for technical help & what a service. Had to pay £30 up front but a remote session was carried out successfully by the most helpful of people. They are on the '1st to call list'

"We have hired a machine for 3 years"

We have hired a machine for 3 years. After the end of the contract they did not advise us that we need to call the finance company and cancel the contract with them. I have asked them to send the final invoice and also made the payment. Now the leasing company has sent me another invoice to make the rental payment when I have returned the machine to euro digital. I called them today and they told me they expect their customers to know all these. So be careful when you deal with Euro digital cause when you leave they simply don't care.

We ordered 2 photocopiers and they arrived promptly on the day that was advised. A pleasant gentleman delivered them and another gentleman came to install them. Matthew was pleasant and very good at his job. He took the time to install the photocopiers on all PC's and ensured everything worked correctly. He advised us of the helpline number and that the toners were monitored would arrive without the need to order them ourselves. All in all a great service. Keep up the good work!

"Dedicated scanner maintenance"

I contacted EDS with what turned out to be an incredibly complex and hard-to-troubleshoot combination of scanner fault and network issue. Their phone support person (Quentin) spent hours of hard work with me methodically tracking down possible scanner issues, adjusting smoothly to our preferred tools, and then sent an engineer who was on-site and had the scanner repaired only a few working hours later.

Both proved to have deep knowledge of the possible issues and a smart, considered approach to localising them - leagues above the usual follow-the-script technical support. Both were polite, professional and friendly throughout a technically difficult task.

Great work that left me feeling very happy with our support contract.

Be very careful of this company, will quote for one thing and issue paperwork totally different!!! Very little help from their management too!!!
