Curtzy are definitely a cut above the rest when it comes to exceptional customer service, and although you'd prefer not to have a problem with an order in the first place, be rest assured if Curtzy make a mistake they go out of their way to put it right. I can not thank Brendon, whom I dealt with enough for his exceptional customer service and he now feels like a friend not just an adviser in customer support. It's been a long time since someone in customer services has impressed me, I don't do praise lightly, but I can not praise them enough. Thanks again.

I sent for the knitting stuff as a present for a friend for Xmas. I cannot give any opinion as I do not knit I'm afraid.
