Great platform, quick and trustworthy - easy to access via mobile app and desktop. Teddy Kids is a great school and Zaycare is a practical tool to book your kids’ schedule and plan in advance. Sometimes, there can be some little bugs, but the vision to simplify and add flexibility to your daycare need is great. Regarding the time limit and voucher use, the management as well as the teachers are always supportive and as flexible as possible, especially during crisis times. With some practice, you’ll easily learn to navigate through Zaycare. This helps to keep peace of mind about the schedule of your child. Thanks TeddyKids!

I currently have two kids enjoying the after school (daycare) services offered by Teddykids.

I manage most of the administrative and planning tasks like paying the monthly daycare fees, view the current balance per each child, as well as book additional days or cancel days (in compliance with notice rules) via the Zaycare platform from my pc or when I am on the go from my mobile.

I appreciate a lot the possibility to use vouchers for cancelled days that can be used later on: this bust flexibility.

The website is modern, user friendly and easy to navigate as well.

Het gebruik van zaycare is voor mij als leidster heel prettig.Altijd duidelijk overzicht van roosters ,kinderen ,contact met ouders.Maakhet werk erg makkelijk.Zou niet meer zonder kunnen.

Handige App om als ouder makkelijk inzicht te krijgen in geplande dagen en om extra dagen boeken op basis van beschikbaarheid. En natuurlijk om het kind eenvoudig af te melden bij ziekte of vakantie. Tevens fijn dat er direct kan worden betaald voor bijvoorbeeld extra dagen en dat er inzicht is in betalingen/facturen.

Makkelijk app om te mee werken. Sinds de opvang van mijn kind de app in gebruik heeft genomen kan ik zelf rooster wijzigingen maken in plaats van dit continu door te geven aan de leidsters, ook leuk dat ik hiermee de ruildagen kan inzien en gebruiken.
