"Synergy is really a party starter"

Bought the Kooduu Synergy 65 as a present for a friend. Sound is very impressive and everybody loved it on the birthday party!

"terrible customer service"

I purchased 2 of the nordic light Bluetooth speakers. While the product is fine, the pictures include a candle. There is no candle shipped and nowhere in the description does it indicate that the candle was not included? I contacted the company to attempt a resolution, even purchasing the candle separately, albeit discounted for the misleading advertising. Rather than attempting to create an amicable solution, they were extremely dismissive.

It's regrettable that a company with a nice product does not extend their engineering to their customer service.
