"Poor service, poor product"
I recently bought a filing cabinet from bestbuy officechairs. It comes as flat pack, which is fine, except there were the wrong parts to put together the frame. Eventually they sent out a replacement part. I then tried to assemble the drawers, only to find the wrong parts had been supplied for the drawers too. Rather than another long wait for more parts, I bought a filing cabinet from elsewhere. I asked for a refund, but they only offered more parts.
The drawers as far as I could tell, in their unfinished state, didn't look or feel that strong and I wouldn't have wanted to put much weight in them.
Between poor delivery and a poor product my advise is to shop elsewhere.

"Company doesn't deliver on their promises."
Ordered a desk and chair from them on Wednesday 26th Feb and asked for delivery Friday 28th. Came home from work only to find they had tried to deliver the desk on Thursday when I was at work. I had arranged to take Friday off work and phoned them Friday morning, was told that both the desk and chair would be delivered Friday, even though they emailed me saying the desk was damaged and wouldnt ship til Monday ? Needless to say the chair didnt arrive Friday either.
I guess ultimately they didnt deliver either item on the day I request or the day they said they would even after speaking to them 4 times on the phone !
If you value your holidays and dont want to waste them sitting at home waiting for parcels not to come, then avoid this company.
Update: Company contacted me and offered a full refund and wanted to resupply the goods, waiting in again for 2nd day and just the desk came, but was damaged, waited in a third day and a replacement desk and chair arrived. The company did honour their promise and did give me a full refund. The company did seem to try everything they could and it seemed to be the couriers letting them down, but ultimately a company does get judged by their choice of courier too.

I recently ordered a Venice high back chair from your company, unfortunately it was out of stock and would not be back in stock until the New Year. I was contacted by James informing me that as I wanted this as a Christmas gift he could send me another chair which was slightly more expensive without me having to pay the extra cash. the chair arrived next day amazing service and excellent customer relations, something quite unexpected in this day and age and current financal climate. I have not unpacked the new chair as its for our Sons Christmas present, but wanted to contact you thanking you for a first class conclusion to our order, Regards Keith Adams
