Purchased a set of Samba goals life my sons Christmas online 1/12/21 with this company within 7 days delivery.
I emailed in 12/12/21 to confirm delivery as time marching on. Got an email today stating your item is out of stock and won’t be in stock until end of January. We stock other goals sorry for the inconvenience??
So I called up to see if I could speak with representative but she wasn’t available and would be available to speak to me. Just out of curiosity I went back on website goals still available within 7 days. Please don’t buy them as they don’t have them in stock.
I then have to call back as still not received a call to reply get my money back.
Absolutely shocking customer service and won’t recommend.
Hopefully they see this review and make amends moving forward
