"Worst customer service"
Complained about how unstable my purchase was and have a 1 year warranty. They took 2 months to respond and blamed it on moving warehouse and then asked for evidence, I sent them evidence of the few things wrong with the item. They did not respond, I have sent 3 emails since, over the months and still no response

"Pushchair order"
I have ordered a pushchair. After waiting for a couple of days, asked for my order status. After that order was cancelled due to out of stock reason.
Considering that it happened right before holidays, I was quite disappointed.

Communication was awful. The product was not in stock but I wasn’t told this until I chased it to be told it would be a couple of weeks. I chased again after 3 weeks for them to just refund my money without explanation. Will not be using again, very disappointing service.

No update on my order, emailed with no response and called the shop number several times with no answer or call back, eventually got a dispatched email the same day I had been calling (8 days after ordering) was only looking for an update not complaining at the time. But since I’ve had no response to any communication I feel disappointed with the overall service.

"Great customer service experience"
Great customer service from this company. I purchased a Kinderkraft pram which unfortunately was faulty after only 4 uses due to the handle becoming jammed. I contacted designer baby and they forwarded my complaint and request for a refund to Kinderkraft straightaway. I hadn't heard anything in a few days and was told they were still waiting for a response from Kinderkraft. I explained I am a single mother and could not afford to buy another pram until I had the refund. I had a response that even though they hadn’t heard back from Kinderkraft that they would refund me. As I paid by PayPal and it can take up to 5 days for the money to be refunded they asked for my bank details so the money could be refunded straightaway. I am very impressed with their customer service and how quickly they responded to me.
