BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY! I hired them to build my website and several other websites and they cut all of them off without warning or notification. I tried speaking with someone there and the guy was Super Rude. Dont trust this agency!

"Horrible customer service "

I have worked with this agency on two website projects. Unfortunately, I’ve been struggling to get the necessary support each time. The first time caused me to lose my client because the photos we uploaded to the website were became distorted because the site’s storage could not handle an e-commerce site. I had to refund my client thousands. I later learned that this site should’ve been put on Shopify or Wix rather than WordPress due to the amount of product photos we needed to upload.

Recent, while working with Fahad, he was extremely rude to me and my team. He became very frustrated with me because I didn’t understand the nuances of coding a website but this is what I hired them for (to consult with me and explain things in basic terms). After creating my client’s site a few years ago, they let us know we’d have to pay them annual for domain hosting. The cost for the hosting went up $50 a year and we asked them to send us reminders about the renewal but they never would. One time, they cut the site off completely because we did not renew but they didn’t tell us it was time to renew. So, I decided to transfer the domain hosting to another company and that’s when he called me an idiot and various other disrespectful names and even refused to assist. Ive been forced to leave a poor review and warn others about the difficulties I've faced.

I gave them the job of completing my WordPress website from designing to the payment integration process. Throughout the project, they guided me very well and they suggested good ideas to implement on my website.
I really appreciate their work and will suggest it to other people too.

This company will sell you the dream! They pretend that they can do anything in tech, but then when they start building your software that you hired them for, they'll reply with messages to make you feel comfortable while they're taking 20 weeks to complete the project, and then you'll see that nothing presentable is complete for the project. Because you won't continue the project with the weak talent they have, they do not care. They are just happy with the little payments they can collect. They are based in Pakistan, which means $100 USD spent is like $400 pakistan rupees. So they only care about they payment, they do not care about fulfilling orders.

I entered into an agreement with this company for the development of an app and website. After completion and my full payment for the project, they then demanded an additional $25,000 for the source code. This was neither discussed nor agreed upon and is a clear violation of our original agreement. As of now, they have shut down both my website and app, essentially holding them hostage, and are retaining my initial payment.

This company's practices are not just dubious but downright fraudulent. I strongly urge no one should be do business with this company. This company is located in Pakistan and it is using Stripe to do transactions for payment. So be carefull. You will not get your money back.
