Thanks to the Secure Storage Company for providing such an excellent service. Everyone was extremely helpful and picking up, storing my furniture and returning it, was a very smooth experience. In particular, thanks goes to Phil and his colleague who collected my furniture and returned it. They worked very hard and nothing was too much trouble! I’d highly recommend Secure Storage to anyone.

Thanks for a smooth move! Very helpful and hard working staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was that our goods didn’t fit into the 3 pods that were recommended when we booked.

"Great service and very competitive"

Found all the people I dealt with, from the initial call to the people on site very helpful. I was so happy I come acorrs this storage option as there was a shortage of others available and this one was cheaper. At first I thought the pods were bigger than they were so you may need more than you think. I had a big house so managed to store stuff with friends and family too. I used my own man with a van so can't comment on some aspects of the services offered.

I was not disappointed - Phil and Andrew were amazing. Polite, helpful, kind and efficient. I have received brilliant service from this company and am bewildered by any negative reviews. I highly recommend this company, they are really amazing from the office staff to the removal guys. Nothing was too much trouble and they accommodated my needs totally. I am super impressed with their service, their attitude, their helpfulness, kindness and price! I also want to mention the van, it was well looked after, clean and very well stocked with blankets. 5 stars to you guys
