Was apprehensive buying from a company outside the UK. There was no need to worry! Runningxpert Informed me that the Salomon trainers had left their end and were in transit to Royal Mail. Received them in 5working days well packaged. Great service and fantastic trainers, very competitive priced also. Will be using this company again. Calvin (UK)

"Prix imbattables mais transporteur catastrophe"

Commande reçue avec énormément de retard et après moults réclamation auprès du transporteur,
Heureusement elle a été retrouvée et le service client a été quand même plutôt réactif.
Le seul bémol est que leur prestataire pour le transport des colis passe par Chronopost en France alors qu'ils sont assez catastrophiques.
Mais les prix sont très intéressants donc je passerai sûrement d'autres commandes chez eux.

"Awful company"

Awful company. Ordered running shoes for my son on December 16 and they’re still not here 4 weeks later. Customer services rarely reply to emails and the one reply I had was just “should be there soon.” I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I’ll now have to go through my credit card company to get a refund as these clowns are hard work.

Tenía cierto miedo al comprar por primera vez en esta página, pero el producto llegó en unos diez días y con la calidad esperada.
Venía con la etiqueta de devolución preparada para facilitar el proceso, aunque la devolución tendría un coste de 7€. En mi caso al recibir la calidad y talla esperada, no tuve que devolverlo.

"PACCO FREGATURA"

Esperienza allucinante… selezionato un punto di ritiro vicino casa risulta, a detta del titolare stesso, non più in funzione come punto di consegna GLS (ma sul sito è sempre attivo). Il pacco non è mai arrivato ed attualmente a GLS risulta consegnato a casa (cosa assolutamente non vera perché ho richiesto che il pacco venisse rispedito al mittente). TUTTO QUESTO DOPO 10 GG DI ATTESA…DIFFIDATE DA QUESTO SITO!!!
