IN 20 YRS NEVER HAVE HAD LEGAL HELP FROM THEIR SO CALLED LAWYER WHO THEY WILL SAY, " WE CAN NOT PROMISE HE WILL TAKE THE CASE ON. " THE ADVISORS ARE NOT LEGALLY TRAINED AND THEY DID NOT HELP WITH WELFARE BENEFIT OR ANY MATTER BEC AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY AS THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED OR TRAINED VOLUNTEERS. THE LAWYER MAY WELL HELP PEOPLE THERE BUT IT IS CERTAINLY ON A DISCRIMINATORY BASIS. IT SEEMS THEY HELP MOSTLY E. EUROPEANS AND NON BRITISH CITIZENS.

Allege to arrange appointments, bombard you text reminders for a specific slot that they have not in fact booked. You get a lot of buck passing when you follow-up with their supervisors and office managers. Untrained volunteers, even at the basic level. Run by fools for fools.
