I had an issue with a pump that stopped working and contacted customer services who were totally brilliant. Despatched a replacement immediately, I received it the following day, fitted it and had it back in service in no time at all. Very impressed!

What great customer service from Sue Rogers, when my screens arrived one was completely smashed I got in touch with the company they put me on to sue in customer service , she sorted my problem out straight away I found Sue to be very friendly,polite and understanding. My new screen came very quickly , I now have the two screens up
