They try to charge fees that doesn t exist on contract. I cancelled the policy with them after 5 days and I was ok to pay them 50£ administration fee but they ask for 85£ insurer fee. I checked all their welcome documents and was nothing stated about this. I called them and they said that they will charge 50£ administration fee and that the insurer was ok to charge me only half of their fee which is 42£ . I think that they are just trying to scam people :) so read your contract with them.
