One of their Admins named Daniel is infact very experienced in the job as many other admins were unable to fix the issue i had with my site. Daniel did it within 5 minutes.. I was already planning to move my 58 websites hosted with them to my Private server but Daniel came through and fixed it. Truehost is a good platform to use and i would keep recommending them to clients.. although their new live chat widget is terrible and they should remove any incompetent representative who cannot be able to resolve clients issues.
