Their component supplier sent them the wrong speaker, but they did not give up, so they used another supplier to get the right product which was not easy given the supply chain issues we are having. After getting the right item they fixed the phone and it is working perfectly.

Only thing to be aware of is that they seem to very much prefer email contact to phone, which might cause complications in some cases.
