Contacted ezigrip because we had the wrong bolts that were discontinued (old stock) which caused our rack to become unusable. They were happy to replace the rack no questions asked. Can't ask for better service than that.

I have had my EziGrip rack for 18 months and reached out to the company regarding an issue that I was experiencing locking the mechanism to the tow ball. Much to my surprise I received an immediate response from Hamish with a genuine desire to workshop the issue and find a solution. The quality of customer care I received was beyond expectation and head and shoulders above anything I have experienced in the past.
This is the type of service and care taught in high level business studies but rarely seen in practice.
