"Great product, service and shipping. Wrong coils"

Great service, shipping and selection on the site. Product arrived fast and well packed. Puffitup included some extra kit with the unit including their amazing sap swabs and some candy. There was a handwritten note from the tech who packed the order. I appreciated the personal touch. Only problem I had was with the recommended coils for the unit. I bought 2 of the coils recommended on the site and both burned up almost instantly. I tried the 2nd because I was sure the first was defective. These were obviously the wrong coils for the device. I contacted puffitup and they promptly responded and offered me a refund on the coils if I sent them back. I had already thrown them out so I ordered the proper coils from another vendor

"Never received my order"

Never received my order. Not totally their fault mostly Usps, my package somehow has vanished at their facility. But after contacting them I think they should of offered to replace the order like most companies do. After looking at their reviews seems this happens frequently. Thankfully the item I bought wasn’t super expensive but I’m still without my item and my money spent.
