"Very good company to deal with"

I bought an LED light a few years ago at a very good price compared to the established companies in the dental/surgical loupe market, who charge ridiculous prices for something which is inherently simple. My dealings with the company have always been very good, no problems in the equipment or service. Most recently, I needed to get a replacement part (small rubber foot). Unfortunately the first rubber foot didn't fit my product, but they were happy to go the extra mile and get hold of the correct one for me. This was very appreciated and excellent customer service, for such a low-priced item. I would highly recommend this company.
