I was really impressed when I ordered my new lathe there was a problem with it so it was delayed a cpl of days but had fantastic contact with them they explained what happened and they were waiting for a new delivery 2 days later lathe turned up

Claim next day delivery - so far I've had no order status update and not received my items. If I knew I wasn't getting the delivery when advertised I would of ordered elsewhere. Project stuck not moving now! :-(

Customer care seems a really big thing for these guys, which is first class. Answered my questions and helped me out so they got my custom. Will defo be using them again 👍
