"Solar Batteries"

I've used Chris before for other jobs and he has always been the most accomodating and knowledgeable guy about - plumbing - solar panels - solar thermals (Which his team also did for me) and heat pumps (again something which was another well thought out installation).
So, when it came time to have solar batteries I didn't hesitate to contact him. I wanted the obvious (Tesla), but Chris showed other alternatives. The one I eventually went for (Pylontech) was cheaper, has a higher capacity, is easier to expand on than the Tesla, and also after reading independent reviews actually came out slightly better. So, he pointed me towards another make which made him less money but ended up with a(nother) very satisfied customer. This is the 4th installation of kit Chris's company has done for me.......and it won't be the last! I think, the best comment you can make about anybody!

Chris responded in a very timely fashion to our initial enquiry and all subsequent communication, providing us with answers to questions. We felt very confident going to him for installation and our faith in him was repaid through fantastic communication throughout and an excellent job done by a brilliant team.

Had a total of 12 panels installed on both east and west facing roofs, and couldn't be happier with the quote, installation, explanation and documentation (including all the necessary certifications) - and the PV output! Shortly after I added battery storage and that went smoothly as well. For both jobs the work was done on time, with no hidden extras. Chris and his team are brilliant.
