"Going over and above"

I had to make a no fault motor claim after being forced off the road by a driver that fled the scene. The insurers were ridiculously slow. 3 weeks to view the damage then after promising to process the claim within 2 days I still had not had notification in another 2 weeks. Jackie at the Swansea office got involved on my behalf and I finally got the claim settled. If it had not been for her I don’t think it would be settled yet. Many thanks Jackie. Top job.
