Could not have had a better experience.

Used their click and store service and was super impressed. They were super flexible eg by coming out with two possible storage crates and letting me see how big a crate i needed and later being flexible on how long my storage contract was for. All the staff were super friendly including the pick up/drop off staff who were happy to help move my stuff. The only down side was that I didn't realise that while it is free pick up, there was a £129 drop off charge. It was still by far the cheapest option I found, so i was very very happy overall.

"Opposing views & unhelpful"

I spoke to a very friendly wimbledon-based consultant who assured me I could book a team for collection in the morning. I phoned the southwark branch to lock this in and was told to hire a man-and-van service to do the delivery myself. I understand that this time isn't ideal with COVID, but i was given ZERO options around a discounted price if i was to do the delivery myself. This is your USP and i'm very disappointed based on all the great reviews flying about wrt this company.

I have had my unit in wimbledon for six years.I was a very happy customer until the roof leaked.A very helpful manager peter helped me clean out and sort we spent 2 days sorting out the damage photos were taken and he sent them to the insurers ..Now I am being treated to deafly silence by all concerned. The so called insurance that Henfield offers is in my experience not worth the paper its written on.Witnessed by their own staff of what was claimed a I am made to feel like a crook.Sad to write this after 6yrs but if you have valuables be wary.I am moving out after christmas to another company.My insurance that I have paid over six years is a lot more than my claim.I will update this when I hear from Henfield .
UPDATE..today & yesterday I have received acceptable explanations from all parties.The insurance broker has completely exonerated Henfield and the situation has been resolved to mysatisfaction

I seriously rate this company. We priced around 4 or 5 storage companies and these guys were the most competitive by a country mile.
Not only that, the service is fantastic (we were helped by Ben in Chiswick) and the storage facility itself was really impressive - clean, well lit, warm and dry, lift, and easy access. Don't hesitate to use these guys, they are a class act.

I totally recommend this company. After sifting through the dodgy pricing and practices of some competitors, it was a relief to find Henfield. The office staff were brilliant, as was the free removal van service. Pricing is transparent and excellent value for money. The store was clean and well ventilated and the goods we stored were in perfect condition. Many thanks to the team at Horsham.

"Moving Home for good!"

We decided to book a storage space with Henfield because they offered a choice of storage, they were value for money, they came & collected the items and the person I spoke to, Ryan, was really friendly and helpful. We were not disappointed, the service was first class. They stayed in touch, they called before they came on the specified day, the vans were of a size that could fit on my drive outside my (ex)house which is on a main in road in London and, most importantly, it all fit in the boxes we booked! This was topped by having 2 of Henfield Storage’s finest movers, Ben & Ryan. They were so lovely. They were patient, friendly, very helpful, experienced and got the job done in no time. They were faultless. All in all, so far, a great experience. I highly recommend Henfield Storage.

Great team in the Humber road branch in Ollie and Ricky - thanks to them I felt I had total transparency and flexibility for relatively complex storage requirements. (Upsizing/downsizing etc.) One downside of this place is the lift - very slow!
