Beautiful location, great staff very polite &a great laugh.Dj was playing some top tunes really got the party started.There was a bit of confusion over the food but there was 13 of us.We had a older man as 1 of waiters & He was so nice really looked after us. Can’t wait to go again

I had some Italian guests and I took them to SICAN, they enjoyed a lot the Nikkei foods and we appreciate a lot the excellent services . The waitress took care of us since the begging. The restaurant design is really special , nice atmosphere. Finally we moved down to the Amaru bar which has an amazing design, unique I believe in London.
Enjoyable music and cocktails, we definitely go back.

Unfortunately we couldn't go . When I booked and paid a deposit there was absolutely no mention of it being an over 21 establishment. My daughter's are 18 and 19 and I had booked for my daughter's birthday.
I requested a refund of my deposit as this was not my fault that I had unknowingly booked for a venue which would not allow us entry. I emailed and was told that I had to contact the restaurant. I don't believe it is their responsibility to refund me ...it is the company .bottomlessbrunch.com that should refund my deposit as it was wrong and unclear advertising on their part. I will never book through a third party like this again as they won't take responsibility when things go wrong. But I am taking it up with trading standards to get my hard earned cash back..just book through the restaurant and save all the hassle!

We had a great bottomless brunch at the Ruben Hotel, with amazing afternoon tea, and excellent service from the staff. We could really not fault it at all.
